Production Initiatives Association ("Company", “we” or “us”) respects your concerns about privacy and is committed to protecting your concerns through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).

  • Through optional surveys, questionnaires, event and meeting bookings RSVP’s and other organizational forms that store data through our Customer Relationship Management source; HubSpot.

Children Under the Age of 13

Please note, any users registering for a company to become a member of the Website, will be prompted to provide the name of the individual who is registering for that company. This information will be stored together with the company’s information. Furthermore, the individual will be obligated to have consented to our Terms of Use, as well as our Policy.

Please note that by not choosing to opt-in, you restrict yourself from the complete services that the Website provides.

If you wish to have your email address used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-in by checking the relevant box located on the opt-in portion of the membership agreement.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Website users.

California residents may request a list of any personal information provided to third parties in the preceding year for direct-marketing purposes.
